Foods like beef bone broth and salmon are great for your health but cooking them can take time.

There is one thing for sure that street foods can’t replace the ones that you cook on your own. The reason is that you know what you are cooking and the ingredients you are using. Most home cooked foods are way more healthy as you will find on the streets. They use processed meat to cover their costs. This is why you should try to eat less street foods and shift towards the ones that you cook at home.

On an average bone broth will take around 15-18 hours to cook properly. The reason why you need to cook it for this long is because this helps in extracting all the healthy nutrients from the bones. Bone broth is rich in collagen, protein, calcium, amino acids, iron, zinc, and selenium. All these nutrients are great for your bones and muscular health.

  • SALMON AND TUNA

Salmon and tuna fish are also great for your health and this is why this should be a part of your diet. Try to make a time table and adjust all these foods in it. You can eat salmon and tuna fish weekly. There are various other seafood that you can eat but these two are widely consumed due to its nutritional value. Collagen is great for your skin and bones and this is why it should be a part of your diet. You can also use hydrolyzed collagen for the same purpose as it is much easier to consume.

  • BROCCOLI AND SPINACH

Vegetables are great for your health and especially your digestive health. They help in improving your bowel movement and also help in maintaining a healthy weight. This is why you should add vegetables in your diet to improve your digestive health. If you want to lose weight then eating broccoli and spinach is a great choice.

  • YOGURT

Dairy foods are rich in protein and calcium that helps in improving your bone health. Yogurt is perfect for your digestive health as it helps in reducing the inflammation of your body. There are several other benefits of consuming yogurt and once you start it then you will notice them.

  • ALMONDS

Almonds are beneficial for your brain health. Studies have shown that people who eat almonds every day have improved memory and brain health. This is why you should add almonds to your diet in order to improve your mental health.

  • BASIL SEEDS

Basil seeds help in reducing the inflammation of your body and it also aids in improving your bowel movement. People who suffer from issues like constipation can get relief by adding basil seeds to their diet.
