From my young days, I was deeply fascinated by computers. I started working as an IT administrator, and I loved ensuring the security and integrity of the systems. I love the way it serves the IT field, and I’ve grown up well emerging from these hard-core responsibilities.
I love executing ideas that can help the company grow better. With the technological advancements flourishing in the middle, I could not resist sharing the ideas openly, and that should also align with my goals. The zeal to establish my own company has risen well back then. And this got me with pride in my eyes. I turned the ideas planned by the team into the possibilities with sheer devotion and hard work. Thereby, I came up with the solutions that the clients and the team leaders embraced.
With the outstanding groundbreaking discoveries by Seasians, I gave a thought to remain a part of it. I’ve been the lucky geek to start at the right time.

The simple Funda that I use in my leadership is to strategize even the most minor thing that I feel I have doubt on. We commit not to let the customers in illusion and irrelevant to their project. Customers love our way of serving, and we are always ready to try new methods, and my team is my pride to handle any situation concurring around.
3. Which technology excites you the most and why?
I’m very fascinated by the technology that makes the world more sustainable.
Well, innovations have no end. You will see something new emerging out every other day. You and I have no idea where technology will take us in the coming years. More than technology, I’m always excited about the achievements. Listening to the tech experts without any single day missed is my new job. I love to jump into tech discussions and conclusions.
Having the brightest minds in my team and with two ears and only one mouth, we’re capable of solving tremendous issues by working together.
From here, I derive the stuff to hit the huge milestones in my company.
4. What are the goals you have for your company?
Look, our values are infused in such a way and very deeply into the company. Our goals and activities have changed around what we think and what idea we are stick to. Depending upon the environment, we are able to make bolder decisions to lift our company spirit up. We are capable of setting high standards because of the team we have.
I find my employees as the essential constituent that can solely transform the working environment and do best with diversity & inclusion, racial equity, and injustice. These aren’t just limited to the company culture but for the society too. I think it’s great for the community in general.
I love challenges and the expectations that my employees and clients discuss with me. I applaud it and want this open communication culture to stay a part of the organization.
5. How does your company stand out from your competitors?
You know many people hold on to this perspective that they should not compete. But they forget to realize the fact that standing out from the competition around is critical for your company’s success.
My take on this is very simple and straightforward. I keep customers above, and that is delivering extraordinary customer service to them. To alleviate their pain, it is crucial to first discuss the pain points.
Another win-win situation that I think will work the best way is doing business differently than your competitors. We sit fortnightly to find and exploit the holes in the business model to set your company apart.
Whenever we try to serve everyone in the room, it is essential to follow a unique approach, following great examples. If you can define the serving industries narrowly in a single line, then you are on the right path to stand out extensively from the competition. 6. What is your outlook for 2022?
It is sufficed to say; the prediction is quite tough to do based on the last two years as we’ve observed how uncertainty has ruled everyone out there in the pandemic. It has left many businesses and workers on the unsure foot. Many enterprises have sidelined their initiative but we, at Seasia aligned the things accurately to ensure the best experiences. We have thoroughly learned from the situation and accepted the fact the business always needs a strong, robust and agile response to certain things.
We’re aware of the changing situation and the rumored news around. Assuming the things that can happen, we’re ready with our digital weapons. With a planned process and aligned resources, we are very straightforward about things and still making hope that everything goes well after this dreadful pandemic.
Looking from the technical aspects, I’d say there are a total of three things that we need to provide our refinement upon in 2022, and that are:

7. What kind of advice would you likely give to the startups?
You might have heard lots of advice and tips, but the one that will work best can push the transformation to happen. Most of the tips are wise to follow but remember not all of them are effective.
- Understanding when to say no is an excellent piece of advice that can make your way quickly through the ladder.
- Don’t give up when you don’t experience success right away.
- Don’t delay changing the directions when you see everything drowning.
- Remember not to let any piece of advice steer your business in the wrong direction.
8. What are the top challenges you and your team face in the software development process most often, and how do you deal with them?
You will find thousands of curves in the roadway of the IT industry. Everything is vast and dynamic. Processing the software development process according to the changing demand of the market is what we believe in. We can do it well by building the product in the best possible way and tackling the market’s rising demand.

It should go with collecting the customer feedback for the product or service you’ve delivered recently. Now that when we are clear about what our customers want, it’s time to bring that feedback into action. Improving the product or service where customers face issues or request to change and further taking a follow-up from the customers will work perfectly.
These are the crucial steps that you can’t avoid at any cost. Next, I’d like to give a few important tips that any startup or unit serving clients must focus on.

10. What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021 after COVID 19?
We never ever presented any price range, even before the pandemic. It entirely depends upon the features client wants to embed in their project. We are just focused on delivering the best and the rest we decide based on the project.
